Chiktours is a Morocco-based travel agency offering curated tours and experiences across the country. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Bookings and Payments

2.1 Booking Confirmation:

• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as specified at the time of booking.

• You will receive a booking confirmation via email upon successful payment.

2.2 Payment Methods:
We accept payments through:

• Credit/Debit Cards (via secure payment gateways)

• Bank Transfers (details provided upon request)

• Cash Payments (for last-minute bookings, subject to availability)

2.3 Pricing:

• Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) or other applicable currencies and include taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Customer Cancellations:
We offer a flexible cancellation policy to ensure peace of mind for our travelers:

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made before midnight (23:59) on the day before the tour will receive a full refund, with no additional charges.

• Cancellations made after midnight on the day prior to the tour will be considered a late cancellations and are non-refundable.

• No-shows or failure to arrive on time for the tour are non-refundable.

3.2 Chiktours Cancellations:
In the rare event that Chiktours cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety issues):

• You will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule for a future date.

• We will notify you as soon as possible and work to accommodate your preferences.

3.3 Force Majeure:
Chiktours is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Strikes or transportation disruptions
  In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your tour or provide a partial refund where possible.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 Arrival and Participation:

• It is your responsibility to arrive on time for tours and to bring necessary documentation, such as identification or travel permits.

• Late arrivals may result in cancellation without a refund.

4.2 Special Requirements:

• Please inform us of any dietary restrictions, physical limitations, or special requests at the time of booking.

• We will do our best to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee all requests.

4.3 Conduct:

• Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, guides, and local communities.

• Chiktours reserves the right to remove participants from a tour for disruptive or unsafe behavior without a refund.

5. Liability Disclaimer

5.1 Personal Liability:

• Chiktours is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.

• Travel insurance is recommended for all participants.

5.2 Third-Party Services:

• Some activities may be provided by third-party partners. While we select reputable partners, Chiktours is not liable for their actions or omissions.

5.3 Travel Risks:

• By participating in our tours, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, and you agree to participate at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Chiktours website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Chiktours and protected by copyright laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
