At Chiktours, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to offer flexible and transparent refund options. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Free Cancellation Refunds:

  • You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking before midnight (23:59) on the day prior to your scheduled tour or experience.

  • Cancellations made after midnight will be considered non-refundable.

1.2 Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

  • Cancellations made after midnight on the day prior to the tour will not be eligible for a refund.

  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or failure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Requesting a Refund:

Provide your booking reference number, the name on the reservation, and the reason for cancellation.

2.2 Processing Time:

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-15 business days of receiving your request.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Tours are canceled after the free cancellation deadline.

  • Custom or private tours that require special arrangements unless canceled within the agreed timeframe.

  • Add-on services or third-party activities not booked directly through Chiktours.

4. Refunds Due to Chiktours Cancellations

In the event that Chiktours cancels a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will receive a full refund of the amount paid or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

  • We will notify you as soon as possible and assist you in rebooking another suitable tour.

5. Force Majeure

Chiktours is not responsible for refunds due to cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Transportation strikes or disruptions

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or offer a partial refund, depending on the situation.
